Springtime Whispers Shawl - Crochet pattern (US and UK terms)

The Springtime Whispers Shawl pattern is for you, if you do not want to have to choose between the cozy comfort of a granny stitch and a more intricate front post/ back post design. This design combines the best of both worlds so you can have it all!

It's divided into two different parts that you can repeat as often as you like, before adding the border.

Skill Level: Confident beginner/ Intermediate

Materials needed:
• approximately 850m of fingering weight yarn (4ply), ~ 375m/100g. I used a yarn cake from Megabobbel ("Bobbel" is the German word for "yarn cake"). If you want your shawl to be larger, 1000m should usually be enough to add another pattern repeat.
• 4 mm (US: size G-6) crochet hook 
• darning needle
• scissors

Available in both UK and US crochet terms.

Stitches used (US terms, incl. explanations for special stitches):

Double crochet, treble crochet, front and back post stitches, 2tog stitches (eg. front post double crochet 2tog), puff stitches.
