A rainbow...
...doesn't just add color to the gray moments in life. For me as a queer woman, the rainbow as a symbol takes up a special place in my life and my heart and of course also in crocheting. I started including the rainbow in my crochet projects by making rainbow-colored wrist warmers. Later, I also added rainbow themed bags and keychains to the colorful mix.
In spring 2024, I made a series of heart keychains in the colors of the various Pride flags for our local pride parade. They have been an integral part of my crochet repertoire ever since.
